Shipping Policy

Sassy Dog Fashions currently ships to the USA, Mexico and Canada. To order pet merchandise on our website for shipment to Europe or South America, please contact us and we would be happy to process your order manually with the appropriate shipping cost.

We use the USPS ­ United States Postal Service for all shipments unless other arrangements are made with us. Sassy Dog Fashions is the designer and manufacturer of your dog’s custom garments, accessories and pet gifts and your order ships from Northampton, Pennsylvania. If you have ordered an item that is ready­-made, your order will ship 1-­2 business days. If your item requires personalization or is made to order, it may still ship 1-­2 business days (depending on order queue). If your order is for a custom handmade item, tailored exclusively for your pet, it may take 1-­5 days to ship, depending on our current work load. Most people are reasonable about ordering and shipping times and we have always shipped on time.
