SASSY DOG FASHIONS
Most returns can be avoided by properly measuring your pet or by calling or emailing us for assistance. Always read the listings entirely. Please use a real sewing tape measure and measure accurately. We offer size charts and measuring tips on the product pages to assist you in choosing the right size.
Many of our items are customized (made just for you) and are not eligible for returns, refunds nor exchanges and are final sale.
REDO POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new SASSY DOG Fashions® personalized or customized item and we want you to buy with confidence. If you forgot to measure or measured incorrectly, guessed on a size and got it wrong, or failed to use the size chart, we offer 30% discounts on REDO’s on personalized walking harnesses and 20% off most other custom items. Each item is treated on a case by case basis and may differ so please contact us by email about your replacement orders. You do not have to return your purchase. Simply email us to let us know within the regular 14 days return window. The discount will be refunded back to you after you make your replacement order. To avoid wrong sizes, always measure and use the size chart or ask Seller for help before you buy, never guess on a size for any pet product as they are all different.
If you need to return or exchange something that is eligible for a return/exchange:
If your item is eligible for return, It must be received back within 14 business days. Eligible items are non-customized items and are returnable and exchangeable and refundable.Shipping label costs are not refundable.
All returns are processed by email. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number. This RAN must appear on your shipping label. After 14 days all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for returns over 14 days or on discounted, final sale merchandise.
SASSY DOG FASHIONS requires all merchandise to be returned in its original condition, free of any pet hair or soiling or damage. We cannot re-sell items that have pet hair or are soiled or damaged and if we receive such an item, it will be returned to you AT YOUR EXPENSE WITHOUT REFUND. Sorry we do not make exceptions, the item must also be unused (not dirty, not slobbery, no teeth marks, and no smoke scent), unwashed, and in original packaging containing all tags attached, with packing slip and invoice. If you do not provide us these details you may not receive your refund. Ensuring these details are met helps us to service you better and quicker.
Items received after 14 days or not in their original saleable condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for shrinkage or anything that happens to the merchandise once you receive it due to washing or wear. We may sell novelty items which may not be washable.
For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of shipping of the replacement product. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns whether on route to the customer or being returned back to us or in the case of a undeliverable or unverified address provided by the customer.
If the eligible return is in good condition, meeting the above criteria, we will issue you an exchange or refund for the product but not the shipping cost.
Exchanges
It is best to return the item first and then re-order the right size/style. This keeps our records straight and helps us to serve you better.
Damaged Items
Any damages received on our products must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery date for returns or exchanges.
