The week lead from Take Your Dog To Work Day up to Take Your Pet To Work Week. It was an attempt to help take puppies to their owner’s workplace and help people understand the human-animal bond.
5000 companies were seen participating in this event by the end of 2003, and it is still growing more with each passing year.
